Toilet Hunter is a crowd-sourced map of public restrooms. Users can view, submit, and rate restroom locations. The service is provided free of charge.

3. User Accounts

You may use Toilet Hunter as a guest or by signing in with a Google or Apple account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

4. User-Submitted Content

By submitting a restroom location, rating, or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content within the service. You agree not to submit:

False, misleading, or inaccurate location information.
Offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content.
Content that violates any applicable law.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service.
Scrape or harvest data from the service without our written consent.
Impersonate any person or entity.

6. Accuracy of Information

Restroom listings are submitted by users and may not always be accurate, up to date, or available. Toilet Hunter makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listed location.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toilet Hunter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, for any reason, without notice.
